Built on Experience. Focused on What’s Next.
VANTA AI brings together decades of proven experience across technology, telecommunications, fibre, digital infrastructure, data centres, finance and enterprise platforms.
The team combines the practical experience of building national infrastructure and scaling technology businesses with the capability to deploy, operate and continuously optimise the high-performance compute environments required for the AI economy.
From physical infrastructure and connectivity through to data centres, AI systems, software orchestration and commercial optimisation, VANTA brings together the disciplines required to deliver AI infrastructure from the ground to the workload.
That breadth of experience is what allows VANTA to own, deploy, operate and optimise AI infrastructure as a single, integrated capability — rather than as a collection of disconnected suppliers.
Years of infrastructure & technology experience
Scale delivery across the UK
From fibre & power to data centres & AI compute
A leadership team built to deliver AI infrastructure end to end.

Mike is an infrastructure entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience building and scaling technology, telecommunications and digital infrastructure businesses.
He founded MAP Group in Stockton-on-Tees in 1993, originally as MAP Electrics, and led its development from an electrical installation business into a national technology and telecommunications infrastructure organisation supporting major UK network operators. MAP has grown to annual turnover exceeding £50 million and a substantial national workforce.
Mike subsequently founded Latos Data Centres in 2021, extending that infrastructure heritage into next-generation data centres designed for increasingly distributed, high-density and AI-driven compute. Latos currently reports four secured UK sites, with a further 11 under negotiation.
As Chairman and Founder of VANTA AI, Mike brings proven experience in identifying major infrastructure transitions and building the organisations required to deliver them at scale.

Matty brings more than 25 years of hands-on telecommunications and infrastructure experience, having joined MAP Group in 2000 as an apprentice electrician before progressing through fibre, data, site management and project delivery to become Director of Strategy and Development.
He is also a Co-Founder of Latos Data Centres, combining that practical fibre and network heritage with the development of the physical infrastructure required for the next generation of distributed and high-performance computing.
At VANTA AI, Matty brings a valuable combination of engineering experience, network infrastructure knowledge and large-scale delivery capability, helping ensure that connectivity and physical deployment remain integral to the company’s AI infrastructure strategy.

A technology entrepreneur with more than 30 years’ experience, Colin has built and scaled businesses across enterprise technology, SaaS, IoT and recurring-revenue platforms. His career has centred on combining technology, methodology and commercial innovation to increase performance and revenue while reducing operational cost, with a consistent focus on reliability, security, scalability and return on deployed capital.
Colin founded EKM in 2001 and ATTCo in 2016, developing enterprise technology platforms serving thousands of service providers before both businesses were acquired by Fortune 100 technology distributor TD SYNNEX in 2021.
Earlier in his career, Colin led global programmes at HP spanning R&D, B2B e-commerce, managed assets and e-services, and has worked alongside global technology leaders including Apple, Microsoft, HP, Cisco and Samsung.
At VANTA AI, Colin applies that experience to the deployment and operation of next-generation AI infrastructure — combining world-class execution, long-term contracted utilisation and continuous operational optimisation to increase performance, drive down operating costs and maximise the commercial value and return generated from deployed infrastructure.
His focus remains consistent with the philosophy that has defined his career: using breakthrough technology, disciplined execution and continuous innovation to deliver higher value, at lower operational cost, reliably and at scale.

Tony brings financial, commercial and operational discipline to VANTA AI, with experience spanning financial management, commercial structuring, capital markets and international business.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Tony is responsible for translating complex infrastructure opportunities into commercially robust and scalable deployments, working across financial modelling, procurement, contractual structures, partnerships and long-term customer requirements.
His role provides an important bridge between capital, infrastructure deployment and contracted commercial performance, ensuring that VANTA’s growth is supported by disciplined financial and operational execution.

Andrew is Managing Director of Latos Data Centres and brings extensive telecommunications, infrastructure and data-centre experience to the VANTA board. Latos publicly identifies Andrew as its Managing Director, where he is helping lead the development of its next-generation UK data-centre estate.
His experience spans the practical, technical and commercial requirements of delivering resilient digital infrastructure at scale, with particular focus today on high-density, low-latency environments capable of supporting AI and other demanding compute workloads.
At VANTA AI, Andrew helps align compute deployment with the power, connectivity, physical infrastructure and data-centre environments upon which successful AI infrastructure ultimately depends.

Peter is a highly experienced telecommunications and technology executive whose career spans the development and commercialisation of broadband, cable television and digital infrastructure.
He held senior executive roles with Comcast and subsequently NTL and Virgin Media, contributing to the expansion of broadband and cable technologies in the UK, and today serves as CEO of Latos Data Centres.
At VANTA AI, Peter brings extensive experience in strategy, commercialisation, market development and taking emerging infrastructure technologies into mainstream adoption, helping position VANTA’s capabilities against the rapidly evolving requirements of enterprise AI.
